Our Design-to-Build method simplifies the entire home building or remodeling process. We provide you with the tools you need to make important design and budget decisions while taking control of all the moving pieces. DREAM IT
First we will sit down together to gather your hopes, ideas and of course your dreams. When it comes to our sanctuaries, our temples, our homes, we often dream about what will make them even more comfortable and unique.
We will discuss your expectations for your new home or remodeling project, with respect to its functionality and your lifestyle. We are inspired by making these dreams come to life.
DRAW IT
When we understand your needs, we will draw up a basic design to capture the essence of your project. Upon your approval, we will create a full set of plans that include 3D views, as well as inside and out virtual tours.
This process takes the guesswork out of visualizing the end results and provides reassurance that all your expectations are being met. We are happy to work with your existing plans, or help you to develop a plan that not only meets, but exceeds expectations of your project.
BUILD IT
Select Builders are committed to sourcing the best materials for your project and we strive to provide the highest quality in craftsmanship and client relations.
Our design method enables us to easily make real-time changes to the floor plan and have them instantly reflected in the 3D design. This allows for an organic process to unfold, and with our ability to build on-site or at our shop, we are able to offer inspired handcrafted custom creations. We use a variety of specialty tools and techniques, culminating in unique one-of-a-kind results.
Communication is a fundamental necessity to ensuring a successful stress-free process. We are committed to keeping you involved and current on your project, every step of the way.
FINISH IT
Select Builders is a full service design-to-build company and once construction is underway, we are also able to assist with finishing decisions such as tile options, flooring, siding, decking materials, color selections and all other design choices.
